Payments made for aesthetic or dermatological procedures are generally non-refundable, as treatments involve professional time, medical expertise, and preparation of clinical resources..
In case a patient purchases a treatment package, refunds may be considered only for unused sessions, subject to review by clinic management. Administrative or processing charges may apply.
Patients are requested to inform the clinic at least 24 hours in advance if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the forfeiture of the appointment fee.
Results of aesthetic and dermatological treatments can vary from person to person due to individual skin types, medical conditions, and lifestyle factors. Therefore, refunds cannot be issued based on dissatisfaction with treatment results.

Any skincare products purchased from the clinic are non-refundable once opened or used. Unopened products may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase, subject to clinic approval.
